Beyoncé and Jay-Z's signed wedding license was filed Friday in Scarsdale, N.Y. According to the Scarsdale town clerk, the couple's wedding date was indeed April 4. The license was filed more than five days after the wedding, which exceeds the legal time period, but Bey and Jay are not expected to be penalized by the state.
